Unfortunately, Suwaibou could not make it past the semi finals as he only managed to secure seventh position with a running time of 10.75.
Last evening as we went to press, Pointsports was reliably informed that Suwaibou was said to be taking part in the first round and, if he qualifies, in the semi-finals of the 200m.
The championship kicked off on Tuesday 8thJuly 2008 and will end by the 13th.
