One Kenneh Faye was on 20 September 2011 brought before Magistrate Jallow of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with assault.
She denied the charge, and the case was adjourned to 27 September 2011, for continuation.
Kenneh Faye was granted a court bail of D10, 000 with one Gambian surety with an ID card.
According to the particulars of offence, Kenneh Faye on 29 August 2011, at Fajara in the Kanifing Municipality, assaulted one Fatou Lowe by heating her on her lower lip, and thereby hurting her.
