Two Witnesses SummonsedFriday, February 06, 2009 Following
the application made by the prosecuting officer, Inspector Mballow, the Bundung
Magistrates' Court on Wednesday issued a subpoena to an under age girl and one
Nyima Sanneh to appear as the prosecution witnesses in the criminal rape case
involving Abdoulie Jallow. The accused, Abdoulie Jallow, was alleged to have
raped an under age girl, a charge he denied.
The case could not proceed on the last adjourned date owing to the absence of both the prosecution witnesses and the accused's defence counsel. The case
