Two brothers from Jarra Soma in the Lower River Region have died after the wall of a house in which they were sleeping collapsed on them, due to heavy rains.
Abdoulie Sey, 8, and Amadou Sey, 6, lost their lives when the incident occurred on Friday morning, sources have told The Point.
Elsewhere in the North Bank Region, a fire incident in Farafenni ravaged five stalls at the Farefenni main market on Friday.
According to information gathered by this paper, the fire incident was caused by an electric spark, destroying goods but there was no casualty.
