Man To know His Fate Today

One Karamo Sanneh of Yundum Village will today Friday 11th September 2009 know his fate when his case resume for judgement before Magistrate Fred Foster of the Brikama Magistrates' Court.

Mr. Karamo Sanneh is charged with three counts of "personate on person name in testimony in character, personate in person name certificate and giving false information to public officer".

Count one, the offence disclosed that, the accused Karamo Sanneh on 13th July 2009, at the Police Training School at Old Yundum submitted testimony bearing the name of one Omar Sanneh to the police, knowing that he is not Omar Sanneh.

On count two, the particulars of the offence revealed that, the accused Karamo Sanneh on the same date, month and place submitted a certificate bearing the name of Omar Sanneh to the police recruitment, knowing that he is not Omar Sanneh.

While in count three, the offence read that, the accused Karamo Sanneh during the police recruitment selection submitted the name of Omar Sanneh, while he is Karamo Sanneh.

He pleaded guilty to the charges.
