Man to Face Full Wrath of the Law if .

Acting Principal Magistrate Sainabou Wadda Ceesay of the Kanifing Court recently fine one Ousman Sonko to a fine of D500 or in default serve a one-month imprisonment for a robbery related offence.
Mr.Sonko had pleaded guilty to the charge.
According to the facts adduced by the prosecution, the convict Ousman Sonko on the 28th of April 2009, at West Field and diverse places robbed one Jontolo Corrah of his mobile phone mark Sony Erickson valued at D3000.
In his mitigation in court that he lost his father and was not working. He promised the court that he would not commit another offence, as this was his first time to violate the law.
