Koko FC of Old Jeshwang on Friday trashed Young Lions of Kanifing Estate 6-1 in a friendly test match, at the G.T.T.I. field at Old Jeshwang. The test match was meant to prepare both teams for the up-coming qualifiers for the Serrekunda East Nawettan.

Both teams played thrilling football in the opening of the game until Koko FC winger, Baboucarr Jeng, opened the score in the 34th minute which gave his side the lead. But still Young Lions did not give up, they came up with a lot of chances in the second half but all these chances were denied by the powerful defence of Koko FC.

In the 51st minute, Baboucarr Jeng scored his second goal from a short pass from Koko FC's versatile player Babou Faye, but later Young Lions came back to the game and managed to score a goal in the 59th minute by their agile striker, Ebou Cham.

This goal made Koko FC very eager to score more goals and then Koko FC's midfielder Yahya Faye scored in the 63rd minute and after few minutes another midfielder Rone scored from a free range shot in the 68th minute to give his side 4-1.

The game was now dominated by Koko FC when out of a sudden, Koko FC's winger Muhammed Ceesay, alias Robinho dribbled past the right back of Young Lions and a shot which saw the ball straight into the net in the 77th minute and later in the 90th minute Koko FC's left back Abdoullah Bass, alias Zacasta, who scored a brilliant goal with his left foot which ended the match.
