Registered sporting affiliates will participate in the review and evaluation of activities undertaken by The Gambia National Olympic Committee for the year 2008, during the ordinary session of the General Assembly of the Committee billed for Tuesday December 23rd at the Olympic House.
The session will serve as a platform for the Secretary of State for Youths and Sports to address the sporting fraternity, particularly in the area of government's strategic priorities in the development of sports.
It will also hear reports from the President of the GNOC, Alhaji A.B Dandeh Njie, secretary general, Abdoulie M Touray on the activities of the committee and Louis Sarkis on the 2007 audited accounts.
The session will wrap up with a presentation and adoption of the 2009 budget and calendar of activities.
