The Gambia Golf Association (GGA) will on Sunday 12thDecember 2009, hold its maiden annual golf tournament at the Fajara Golf Course.
According to the President of the Gambia Golf Association, Ebrima Jawara professional golfers will play two rounds on the day- a total of 36 holes and will be vying for cash prizes of D3, 000 (first), D2,000 (second) and D1, 000 (third).
The amateurs will go away with beautiful Gambia-made trophies.
In another development, the Gambia Volleyball Association is calling on all interested clubs who want to take part in this year?s Volleyball League Championship that registration fees is D500 per team.
