africa » gambia
Wednesday, May 20, 2009

The Executive Director of Family Care Organisation, Lamin S.K Fatajoh, has spoken about his organisation's willingness to give support to the poor and needy people in the country.

Mr. Fatajoh made these remarks recently in an exclusive interview with these reporters at The Point offices in Bakau Newtown.

According to him, the organisation was established last year with the aim of providing free education, healthcare and environmental protection to Gambians.

He further revealed that the organisation has established a nursery school at Bakoteh Junction where they enrolled sixty six children.

According to Fatajoh the organisation will celebrate its first anniversary on the 10th of June.

Fatajoh called on the government, the private sector, and general public to come forward and give a helping hand to his organisation and to celebrate their achievements with them.

'We will do our best to give support to the Gambians in their endeavors to realise their dreams and aspirations in life,'' he promised.
