Burundian Musician Concludes Visit To Smiling Coast

Burundian singer, Jampara and his Manageress, Ms Clazina had concluded a three-week long visit to the smiling coast of Africa, The Gambia. Mr Jampara and his Manageress are expected to live the country today for Holland.

The Burundian musician and his manageress visit to the country was all to promote two of their albums.

Speaking in an interview with Entertainment shortly before their departure, the Burundian musician described their visit a total success, noting that they were able to meet with a good number of movers and shakers of Gambia music industry. He said a lot of things had been discussed to make the music industry effective in the country. "During our visit, we experienced a lot in the country," the Burundian musician and manageress promise to come back to the country come May, next year said.

He added that upon their return to Holland, they would keep in touch with the Gambian artists and the media.

For her part, Ms Clazina, Manageress to Jampara, said the system of reggae music in The Gambia is so effective compared to other African countries.

Manageress Clazina went on to explain that their main ambition is to build close contacts with entertainment journalists and musicians so that they can work together as a team.

 According to her, they would also come up with exchange programmes, for Gambian artists and entertainment journalists to exchange visits with those in Holland.

In conclusion, Ms Clazina assures that the connection between The Gambia and Holland will continue to flourish.

"I always tell people to come to The Gambia on holidays because it is nice and peaceful country. I also expressed my love to The Gambian people," she added.
