Badinya Sports Committee intermediate tourney reaches semis

The 2012 Badinya Sports Committee (BSC) intermediate football tournament will reach its semifinal stage at the Gunjur Upper Basic School football field this weekend.

As part of the semifinal games, Black Panthers FC will rub shoulders with Young Solifo FC in the first semifinal game on Saturday 28 January 2012, a game described by many in the area as a crunch clash.

Black Panthers sailed to the semifinal following their 1-0 win over Bayern FC in the quarterfinal, while Young Solifo FC advanced to the semifinal after beating Arsenal FC on the same score-line in the quarterfinal.

Barcelona FC will clash with Young Santos United FC in the second semifinal game on Sunday 29 January 2012.
