Fraud Case AdjournedWednesday, July 09, 2008 The fraud
trial involving one Momodou K. Darboe could not proceed on Tuesday at the
Brikama Magistrates' Court as the prosecutor was reported to have been held by
another court.
Mr Darboe
was alleged to have by false means obtained the sum of D60,000 from one Seedy
Jarra, D20,000 from one Modou S. Jallow and D20,000 from one Ebrima Keita with
the representation of facilitating them to travel with The Gambia Scout
