Sierra Leone are set to host The Gambia in the first leg of the 2017 African U-20 Youth championship qualifiers tomorrow, Saturday 2 April 2016, in Makeni.

The Shooting Stars will be hostile to sink The Gambia to sail to the second round as well as keep their chances of qualifying for the 2017 African U-20 Youth Championship to be hosted in Zambia.

The Darling Scorpions, on the other hand, will also be antagonistic to grab positive result against Sierra Leone to maintain their hopes of qualifying for the 2017 African U-20 Youth Championship to be hosted in Zambia.

Sierra Leone and The Gambia have played against each in the African U-20 Youth Championship but the Darling Scorpions had an edge over the Shooting Stars in the previous qualifiers.

The winner between Sierra Leone and The Gambia will face North African powerhouse Morocco in the second round of the qualifiers.
