The case of a Dutch national, Mr Reiner, will on June 11 go to trial, this paper can disclose.
Reiner will be tried by the Bundung Magistrates' Court to answer two-count charges of threatening violence and common assault.
He was on Monday charged before magistrate Kumba Janneh for threatening Anna Helkamp as well as knocking her on the face. Anna is also a German by nationality.
