Coleman Restaurant, Catering Proprietor Speaks Out

Coleman Restaurant and Catering, one of the most talked about spot in the country amongst the middle age elite with its new look, is poised to provide its customers unrivalled quality services delivery without hitting them hard in the pocket.

Coleman Restaurant and Catering is located on Bertil Harding Highway, Mile 7 Bakau.

Speaking in an interview with our very own Njie Baldeh, the Proprietor and General Manager of Coleman, Assan Cole, said his restaurant started operations since October, 2006 and specialises in African food. He mentioned Peace Corps Volunteers and National Malaria Control  Programme personnel as their best customers, adding that the restaurant also does catering for workshops.

With his wealth of experience and knowledge in culinary matters, Mr Cole said he was confident that Coleman  will surely be the hottest spot in town.

Touching on the number of people working at his restaurant, Mr Cole stated that eight staff are working with him on permanent basis. Coleman restaurant and catering is in the heart of the business area along Senegambia .
