KMC Breaks Record in Basketball

The Basketball Team for KanifingMunicipality has set a new record in the ongoing Nayconf Basketball Tournament after thrashing the City Boys 44 to 28 points in favour of KMC.

Speaking to Pointsports in an exclusive interview, KMC Basketball Coach Mr Tony Oluwole said the secret behind their victories is concentration, commitment and proper training of the boys. He also said that their was support from KMC in preparing the team by providing them the require materials to enable them to participate in the whole tournament.

According to the coach, their victory against the City Boys was not magic but something they deserved. He said, "we could have made more than 60 points if the referee awarded us all our points." He claimed that his boys will surely clinch the trophy.
