Major Boost for Gunjur Health Centre

Speaking at the presentation ceremony held at the Gunjur Health Centre, the chairman of the Gunjur Village Development Committee, Mr. Abdou K Touray hailed the donors for what he called benevolent and timely gesture, adding that the donation will go a long way in improving the Health Centre.

Speaking on behalf of the donors, Sedia Touray, a friend of the donors urged the people of Gunjur to pray for the late nurse Mr. Sonko for improving the Health Centre. He expressed optimism that his friends will continue to give helping hand to the people of Gunjur whenever the need arises.

For her part, the Chief Nursing Officer, Gunjur Health Centre, Mrs Binta Saidy assured the donors that the items would be properly put into good use.

She commended Ada and Hennie Mulder for their tremendous contribution towards the improvement and development of Gunjur Health Centre.
