Friday, May 02, 2008

One Seedy Diko was on Wednesday charged with criminal trespass but was later acquitted and discharged after being warned to keep the peace and be of good conduct.

Seedy appeared before Magistrate John Njie at the Brikama Magistrates' Court for jumping over a fence to fetch firewood.

He was however discharged following his plea of mitigation in which he pointed out that it was his mother who sent him to fetch wood.
