former Kombo If what Magistrate John Njie said on Wednesday is anything to go by, then Lamin R. Darboe will be a free man if the prosecutor fails to bring in his witnesses to court on 15 May 2008. The magistrate's warning came following several adjournments of the case as a result of the failure of the prosecution to call in witnesses to testify in the trial. Lamin R.
