Banjul Sports Committee Non-League Tournament Underway

The Banjul Sports Committee non-league tournament kick off yesterday 7th May 2008, the league according to secretary of the Banjul youth sports committee, Mr. Ebou Faye, is geared towards giving an opportunity to players who are considered surplus to requirements by the divisional clubs and don't have the chance of playing in the GFA league and nawetaan teams that have the ambition to transform their teams to divisional teams. The sole  objective of the tournament according to Mr. Faye " is to increase the player pool in Banjul and prepare players to join the divisional teams," he stated.
