Witness Testifies In Court

Ma Sanneh Camara, a driver recently testified before Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara of the Bundung Magistrates' Court in the ongoing case involving one Bakary Trawally.

In his testimony, PW1 told the court that, all he knows about the case was that the accused did not fight with the complainant. He said he was present at the scene when the incident happened at Churchill's Town.  According to him, after the incident, the vehicle was seized from the accused and it was taken to Kanifing Mobile Traffic.

The case was adjourned to 24th June 2009.
