William West Murder Case Transferred to Brikama Again

The murder trial involving Kate Atori West, a Nigerian, who is alleged of murdering his husband William West, a British national has now been transferred to the Brikama High Court where it initially commenced.

The accused Kate Atori West is standing trial for allegedly killing her husband with a pestle at Sanyang village, Kombo South, Western Region since 2006.

However the case which was called for mention at the Brikama High Court on Wednesday 11th March 2009 before Justice Ngui Mboob Janneh has now been adjourned to 19th March 2009 for continuation. Meanwhile, the accused is still remanded at Mile 2 central prison pending the outcome of the case.
