Watchman Murdered in Foni

The dead body of a man was on Saturday found in the outskirts of Nyofi in Foni Kansala, Western Region, and there are indications that it was the result of murder.

The body said to belong to one Ismaila Jatta, alias Ceesay Jatta, a native of Bugiling in Foni Kansala District, was found in the early hours of Saturday between the villages of Kangibato and Nyofi near a cattle ranch.

According to our sources, unknown people reportedly murdered him.

Ceesay Jatta, in his late 40's, was a watchman by profession.

Meanwhile circumstances surrounding his mysterious death are yet to be established.
