Following his side's 1-1draw with Western Region giants Brikama United in the Week Eight fixtures of the Gambia Football Association (GFA) First Division League Championship.

The Head Coach of the Wallidan, Foday Bah, has urged the Gambia Referees Association (GRA) to set up a committee that would look into the behaviours of referees during the GFA  premier league games.

Speaking to Pointsport shortly after this game over the weekend at the Brikama Mini-stadium, he said players and coaches who comment against referees sometimes receive fines or suspension, but when referees do blunders or spoil games no step is taken against them.

He appealed to the referee association to check the behaviour of the referees during the league for the smooth running of the matches.

He pointed that out that Brikama United equalising goal was a foul, as according to him, his goal keeper Babou Jah has already gripped the ball, when Brikama United striker Ebou Kanteh kicked it in the goal keeper's hand which eventually resulted in Brikama United equalising.

"The Gambia Football Referees Association should form a committee that would look into the behaviors of the referees for the betterment of our football," coach Bah stated.
