Two in Court for Violating NEA LawsMonday, January 19, 2009 Habibou
Nyang and Hadim Janko were recently arraigned before Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh
of the Brikama Magistrates' Court for General offence relating to the
environment protection and safety contrary to section 51 (a) of the National
Environment Management laws of The Gambia.
According
to the particulars of the offence, on When the charge sheet was read to them, both pleaded not guilty and they were given self-bail. The
