The last year's Serrekunda East knock-out champions, TK Snooker FC, will play in Serrekunda East Nawettan zone qualify rounds next season, following their 0-0 draw with Zurich FC in the final round of matches in the ongoing Serrekunda East Nawettan league championship last Wednesday 30th September 2009, at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.
TK Snooker FC, who needed a win to maintain their position in Serrekunda East Nawettan zone came all out and produced a spectacular performance in the first half. They have created a clear golden scoring opportunities, but they had missed all their scoring opportunities, while their opponents Zurich FC were defending and relied on counter-attacks to avoid playing qualify round, next season. Thus, the first half ended 0-0.
In the resumption of the second half, TK Snooker FC continued their superb performance and exhausted all forms of tactics to destabilise Zurich FC defence line, but all attacks were denied by Zurich FC well-composed defence line, and thus the game ended 0-0.
TK Snooker FC will now play Nawettan qualify next, after finishing fifth in their group, with only 2 points from four games, while Zurich collect 3 points from four games.
