A man accused of threatening violence was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.
Sheriffo Manneh, a resident of Brufut in the Kombo North district of the West Coast Region, denied the charge and was granted court bail of D500, with a Gambian surety with a reachable address.
According to the charge sheet, on 10 August 2011 at Brufut village in the West Coast Region, the accused person, Sheriffo Manneh, threatened to beat one Lamin Ceesay, and thereby committed an offence.
The case at that juncture was adjourned to 12 October 2011, for hearing.
