Third Division Qualifiers at S/K West

Gamstar, Tijan Jaiteh Athletics FC, KOKO FC and Kanifing Estate United formed group A. While S/K United are pitted in group B alongside Sankung Sillah and Manjai United.

The overall winners in each group shall meet in the final, scheduled for Sunday January 25^th 2009, in which any winner between the two will represent the zone for the next stage of the qualifiers featuring teams from the KanifingMunicipality.

As part of the qualifiers, Manjai United defeated S/k United 2-0 duringFriday's opening match.

Koko FA and Kanifing Estate game ended in a goalless draw and Tijan Jaiteh Ath, surprised Gamstar 2-1, all in Saturday's matches.

Last evening as we went to press, Sankung Sillah were taking on Manjai United.
