Student solicits support for overseas treatment

Alimatou Jatta, who is currently enrolled at Sifoe Senior Secondary School, is seeking support to undergo overseas medical treatment.

According to her medical report, issued by Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital in Banjul, Alimatou has a leg problem which started by shaking and trembling. It has finally got worse making it difficult for her to work.

The medical report stated that the young girl’s condition cannot be treated in The Gambia, hence needs to undergo an overseas medical treatment.

Therefore, the student and her family are pleading with the government, members of the private sector, parastatals, donors, philanthropists, NGOs and individuals to come to their aid.
