Former national team Coach and Technical Director, Sang Ndong has been elected Chairman of the Interim committee of the Serrkunda West Sports Association by team representatives last Thursday to run the affairs of the zone this year, before going to congress in January 2009.
The election of the new interim committee came following the resignation of the former Serrekunda West Sports committee members, when a call was made by team representative from the zone to tender their resignation as people governing sports in Serekunda West.
The interim committee, headed by Coach Sang Ndong as Chairman, is assisted by former U-20 team Coach Bonu Johnson.
Meanwhile the 2008 Serrekunda West Super Cup final is expected to take place on 8th of August.
