Knockout final after winning their semifinal matches played at the Gunjur
Nyamina Football Field at the weekend.

Star Family FC sailed to the knockout final following their 1-0 win over FC Bax
in the semifinal game played on Saturday.
Defender
Saikou Barrow scored the only goal for Red Star Family FC, after the interval
from a long-range strike to send his side to the knockout final after a
deadlock in the first half.
Elsewhere,
Reliance Financial Services FC booked their ticket to the knockout final after
beating Gam Rock 1-0 in the second semifinal game played on Sunday.

Reliance Financial Services opened the scores through centre-back Fabakary
Touray aka Maxi, after the interval from the penalty spot after a Gam Rock
player handled the ball inside the eighteenth yard box, which eventually proved
to be the winner for FC Reliance’s boys and also earned them a place in the knockout
final against Red Star Family FC.
Centre-back
Bolong Susso alias Del could have leveled the scores for Gam Rock in the dying
minute of the game, but his free header went away thus the game ended 1-0 in
favour of Reliance Financial Services FC.
The
knockout final between Red Star Family FC and Reliance Financial Services will
be announced by Gunjur Sports Committee later.
