Plumbi United to meet Jamesen FC in Sky High Group League final tomorrow

Plumbi United will tomorrow, Friday 30 November 2012, lock horns with Jamesen FC in the Sky High Group League Final at the Banjul Mini Stadium.

Plumbi United made it to the final after beating Digi Dambi FC by a goal to nil in their semi-final encounter played on 20 November 2012 at the Banjul Mini Stadium.

Jamesen advanced to the final following their 5-4 post-match penalty shootout victory over One Love FC in the semi-final game on Wednesday 21 November 2012.

The winner of the final is expected to go home with a cash prize of D35,000 and a Shield, while the runners-up will receive a consolation prize of D20,000.

On Sunday 2 December 2012, Makann Bi FC will battle it out with Man City FC in the Sky High Group Knockout final at the Banjul Mini Stadium.

Makann Bi FC sailed to the final after hammering Ajax FC by 3-1 in the semi-final clash played at the Banjul Mini Stadium on Friday 23 November 2012.

Man City FC booked their place to the final following their 7-5 penalty-kicks win over Digi Dambi FC on Saturday 24 November 2012.

The winner is expected to receive a cash prize of D25, 000 and a trophy, while the runners-up will go home with a consolation prize of D15, 000.

The Most Influential Player of the Sky High Group award is expected to be received by Muhtar Sugufara of Digi Dambi FC who will also be given a cash amount of D1, 000 and a Shield.

Edrissa Sissoho of Plumbi United is expected to go home with the Sky High Group most outstanding young player award and he will also receive a cash amount of D1, 000 and a Shield.

The most disciplined team award of the Sky High Group will be given to Revelation FC, who are also expected to receive a cash amount of D1, 000 and a Shield.

The top goal scorer of the Sky High Group award is yet to be decided.
