Mobile Phone Theft Case Reaches Court

Yaya Njie of Manjai Kunda in KSMD was recently dragged to court for stealing a Sony Ericsson type mobile phone valued at D2500.00 being the property of one Lamin Bojang.

The accused person was charged on two counts. The first states that on the 27thday of October this year at NAWEC substation in Manjai Kunda he also stole a mobile phone valued at D3, 000 being the property of Ebrima Bojang. The other count states that the accused stole a mobile phone valued at D2, 500 the property of one Salifu. The accused confessed stealing the three mobile phones.
