Man seeks assistance for medical treatment

Amadou Jallow, a former community instructor with ActionAid International The Gambia, is seeking support from the government, the private sector, and philanthropists to undergo medical treatment abroad.

According to the medical report from the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital (RVTH) in Banjul dated April 22nd 2010, Amadou Jallow, a resident of Wellingara village in Kombo North in the West Coast Region, underwent scanning process on his brain where it was discovered and confirmed that he has a brain tumour and has to go for an operation abroad.

Jallow does not have the wherewithal to fund the operation and is therefore appealing to the government, the private sector, donors and philanthropists to assist him in restoring his health condition by funding him to undergo medical treatment abroad.
