One Modou Malang was on 18th August 2010, convicted and sentenced to a fine of D300, in default to serve one month in prison upon his own plea of guilt to the charge of rogue and vagabond.
According to the charge sheet, the accused on 16th August 2010 was found wondering in a disorderly manner at Tipper Garage at around 3:00am.
He admitted the facts as narrated by the prosecutor.
