Man Arraigned for Indecent Assault on Male

One Modou Bah was recently arraingned before senior Magistrate Sainabou Wadda-Ceesay of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court, charged with attempt to commit a felony.

The alleged offence revealed that, the accused Modou Bah on 14 day of May 2009 at Dippa-Kunda in Kanifing Municipality, attempted to commit felony to wit, indecent assault on males.

Meanwhile, the accused was granted court bail in the sum of D30, 000 with two Gambians sureties with an I D card and must swear to an affidavit of means.

He pleaded not guilty and is expected back on July 10th 2009.
