One Amadou Bah was recently arraigned before Magistrate Bojang of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.
The charge sheet read that on 29 March 2015, at London Corner in the Kanifing Municipality, he unlawfully assaulted one Yusupha Ceesay by stabbing him all over his body with a broken bottle, thereby causing him actual bodily harm.
He denied the charge, and was granted bail with a leased property owned by a Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 20 April 2015.
