Jinack Kajatta FC on Thursday defeated Sam-Mbollet FC by 2-1 in the
ongoing Bayba-sponsored Lower Niumi north Football Committee summer football
competition.
Alkali Jammeh and Jerreh Jammeh were on target for Jinack Kajatta FC in the 12th and 60th minutes of the game played at the Mbollet-Ba Lower Basic School football ground. On the other hands, Kolley Saine registered Sam-Mbollet FC’s consolation goal in the 70th minute.
On Friday, Kerr Jatta FC drew 1-all with Nigi United in a well-contested encounter.
Alfusainey Bah gave Kerr Jatta FC the lead in the 52nd minute of the game but his effort was cancelled by Yaya Camara of Nigi United 11 minutes later. The game ended 1-1.
Meanwhile, Misiranding FC were held to a goalless draw by Mabou United on Saturday.
