The Kanifing Magistrates' Court recently entered judgment in favour of IBAS for the recovery of the sum of D126, 716 against the defendant, one Amie Ceesay-Jaiteh.
Amie Ceesay-Jaiteh, the defendant accepted the claim and subsequently, the court ordered her to pay the sum of D126, 716 and court cost of D511.
According to the particulars of the claim, the plaintiff claim was for the recovery of the sum of D126, 716, being loan granted to the defendant since 2007.
The case was presided over by Principal Magistrate Kayode.
