Homosexual Case Deferred

The criminal trial involving Peter Paul Amberger, Dutch national could not proceed yesterday before Magistrate Kayode of the Bundung Magistrates' Court.

Peter Paul Amberger is standing trial for the offence of natural offence and indecent assault of a boy under the age of 14 by having carnal knowledge with him.

When the case was called, the accused told the court that he is not feeling well and begged the court to adjourn the case.

The trial Magistrate granted the request and adjourned the case to a later date.
