Wednesday, July 15, 2009
The Head Coach of Gamtel FC, Sulayman Corr, has expressed confidence that his team will beat Young Africans and clinch the 2009 Gamtel sponsored FA Cup championship at the end of  the 90th minute.
Coach Corr made these remarks shortly following his side's 6-5 win over Bakau United in their semi-final clash in the weekend at the Box Bar Mini Stadium.
He went on to disclose that his boys are well-determined and ready for the FA Cup's title this year. He said they will do everything possible to help them lift the trophy for the first time in the history of the club.
He further disclosed that Gamtel FC is a team that have lots of potential and experienced players and formidable striking force that can threaten Young Africans' defence line.
Coach Corr stated that they will work hard in order to improve their weakness and will come all out for victory in their final clash against Young Africans, come Sunday 19th July 2009. He urged all his fans to turn out in their large numbers and cheer the boys so as to lift their moral against Young Africans.
