Fifth SJAG national award set for November 29

Sports Journalists Association of The Gambia (SJAG) has set aside Friday, November 29 as the date for its fifth national award.

The National Sports Award is expected to take place at the Ocean Bay Five Star Hotel in Cape Point.

The annual event is meant to honour people and groups in sport for their achievements over the years thus contributing to the attainment of excellence in sport.

A press release from the SJAG revealed that members of the public can vote for any of the nominated personalities by sending in SMS as much as they could to increase their chances of winning.
