Eight Teams In Omar Njie's Tourney Quarter-Finals

Toubabo FC, Istanbul FC, Victors FC, Miami FC, Talaban FC, Veterans FC, Pompeh Bi FC and William II FC, are in for the quarter-finals of Omar Njie's Football Tournament at Wellingara Football Field.

Veterans FC made it to the quarter-finals after hammering Toubabo FC 7-2 in the group games in group B over the weekend. Toubabo FC already bagged 12 points from five games, while Veterans collected 7 points from five matches.

Victors FC also thrashed Istanbul FC 3-1in group A to collect 7 points from five games. Istanbul FC stands at 9 points from five games.

Earlier, William II FC drew 2-2 with Pompeh Bi FC in Group B to collect 8 points from five games, while Pompeh Bi FC finished at 6 points from five games.

Miami FC drew 0-0 with Piccadilly United FC and collected 8 points. Piccadilly United FC managed to get 7 points.

The date for the quarter-finals will be announced later.
