D- Day For Sankung Sillah & Sons Theft Case

The Kanifing Magistrates' Court presided over by senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbacke, will today deliver judgement in the criminal trial involving Alima Sillah who is charged with stealing and giving false information.

Alima Sillah was alleged to have stolen the sum of D450, 000 being the property of Sankung Sillah and Sons Ltd. She was also alleged to have given false information to the police that she was robbed off the money by an unknown taxi driver. The police investigators found that the claim amounted to an untruth.
