The Bundung Magistrates’ Court, presided over by Magistrate Ibrahim Kijera, recently heard the stealing and breaking case involving one Anthony Gomez.

In his testimony, Sulayman Drammeh, who was the complainant in the case, told the court he lost 7 mobile phones, TV Mark Sony, different jewelleries, watches and shoes for both male and female.

Designated as prosecution witness one (PW1), Mr Drammeh further told the court that he kept the lost items in the last drawer of his cupboard, and the thief climbed through the back of the house by opening the aluminum window.

He entered the house and occupied the upper floor of the story building, and he was the only custodial to the keys of his house at the time of the breaking, he said.

Drammeh revealed that he lost Euro coins but later recovered some of them, but he did not know how much was lost.

He said he later assigned someone to repair the broken window.

The case continues upon the application of an adjournment by the prosecution.
