President
Yahya Jammeh has rescinded the recent assignment of the portfolio of National
Assembly Matters to Hon. Fatou Lamin Faye, a news release from the Office of
the President stated yesterday.

Jahumpa, who was appointed Minister of Transport, Works and
Infrastructure on 28 September 2016, is
now assigned the portfolio
of National Assembly Matters, a portfolio he earlier held until August this year.
Hon.
Fatou Lamin Faye, who is the current Minister of Basic and Secondary Education,
was assigned the portfolio of National Assembly Matters on 26 September 2016.
