Armed Forces Coach Brims with Confidence

The head coach of Armed Forces, Alagie Sey, has posited that his team stands a better chance to clinch the 2008/09 GFA National 1st Division league title.

Coach Sey made these comments shortly after his side's 1-0 victory over Africell\ Sait Matty in Week Seven of the league at Brikama Mini Stadium.

He asserted that his boys are well prepared for this season's league and expressed optimism that his side will lift the 1st Division league at the end of the season.

He further stated that Armed Forces is a team comprised of quality and experienced players who are ready to bring glory for the club this season.

According to Coach Sey, he and his technical staff will work hand in glove in order to win the league this season and he thanked his boys for performing brilliantly against Africell\ Sait Matty. He urged them to keep up the challenge.

He added that his team would prepare well for their upcoming encounter against Brikama United on Thursday 19 March 2009, at Manjai Football Field.
