Alleged Vehicle Thief in Court

One Buba Colley of Brikama was on Tuesday 18thNovember 2008 arraigned before Magistrate kayode of the Brikama Magistrates' Court charged with stealing.

According to the particulars of the offence on count one, on 22ndmay 2008 at Banjulinding Village the accused stole a motor vehicle with the registration number BJL 0013F belonging to one Alieu Dumbuya.

While on count two ,the alleged offence revealed that on the same day ,month and year the accused damage the said vehicle of Alieu Dumbuya.

When the charged sheet was read to him in the language he claimed to understand he pleaded not guilty.

The case was adjourned to 25thNovember 2008.
