Musa Keita who pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing before the Brikama Magistrates' Courtwas recently remanded in custody until 29th January 2009.
Mr Keita is charged with stealing contrary to section 252 of the criminal code cap 10 volume III laws of The Gambia 1990.
According to the particulars of the offence, in the month of November 2008 at Bijilo the Accused stole 3 metal containers of paint, 21 cartons of tiles and 3 ply-wood pieces all valued at D18, 340 being the property of Adama Barry.
